Cumberland
County Schools’ Secondary Education includes grades six through twelve. The
department is committed to providing quality instructional programs to our
students so they can be successful in their academic pursuits. Our rigorous
instructional programs at the middle school and high school levels are aligned
to local, state and national standards, relevant to our student’s needs and
offer preparation for career or post-secondary options upon graduation from high
school. We are always seeking to improve out instructional programs by offering
professional development in instructional strategies, continuous updates of
educational trends and resources that support teaching and learning.
